We agree that this is a very time-consuming process and could take about one week or so but it provides an excellent result.

There is no heat, or hot water used at all in our process and we do not use machines – ever. Each handmade Oriental/ Persian carpet and rug is different, and our hand cleaning process reflects this.

Our highly trained craftsmen are skilled with silk, wool and cotton carpet. Our process is called wet clean or “Full Immersion” using soft brushes and natural soaps. We do not simply clean the surface of the rugs. We collect your rug, remove dry dust and dirt, wash it gently, dry it carefully and deliver it back to your door. We wash them thoroughly in our dedicated Factory, fully immersed in water, using the safest / natural detergents. From pre-inspection to delivery, each rug is assigned its own specific treatment process to achieve the best possible results.
